Senior Director, Cell & Gene Therapy Global Market Access Lead Bayer

Jon Weber is a Global Market Access Cell & Gene Therapy Therapeutic Area Lead at Bayer. In this role, Jon is responsible for optimizing access for Bayer’s portfolio of Cell & Gene Therapies by developing and advancing innovative solutions for payers and healthcare systems. Prior to joining Bayer, Jon worked in a similar capacity as a Global Access Value and Evidence Strategy Lead at bluebird bio (Genetix Biotherapeutics) and consulted for Pharma/Biotech in many disease areas and treatment modalities while at Putnam Associates and Simon-Kucher & Partners. Jon earned a PhD in Pathology from the University of Rochester, an MBA from the Simon School of Business, and a BA in Biology from Colby College.
