Paul Eiting
Managing Director, Legislative and Regulatory Policy Blue Cross & Blue Shield Association
Paul Eiting has over 20 years of experience in the health insurance field and on Capitol Hill. He is currently the Managing Director, Legislative and Regulatory Policy at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association where he focuses on issues including prescription drugs, FDA regulation, pharmacy benefits, delivery system reform and value-based programs. Previously, Paul served as the Policy Director at America’s Health Insurance Plans where he was the lead analyst during federal health care reform in 2009-2010 and managed AHIP’s advocacy related to implementation of the Affordable Care Act. He also served in Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) personal office for three years. Paul received his undergraduate degree from Carthage College and a master’s degree in public policy from American University.
